We have confirmed an issue with our NKD-207 and NKD-224 devices where images and videos are not displayed on a separate monitor screen with an iPhone running iOS 18. (Affected version: FW-S7351TDB004. Some versions are not affected.) We apologize for the inconvenience, but this issue can be resolved by updating our product's firmware.
