The order was not tracked at all, but it arrived to me in 20 days, and for some reason instead of the chosen postal operator they chose Meest, which was very inconvenient for me. Out of the box it was charged at 21%, and this was enough to charge my phone almost completely. So far I am satisfied with the purchase, I will check over time how it will behave on a full charge.

Except for the USB port, the charging cable cannot be inserted into any of the corresponding sockets, meaning the goods are completely non-functional.. I really appreciate the approach of Joom customer support; they resolved one of my complaints to my complete satisfaction. I give customer support 5 stars.

The power bank is good, the charge level is visible, I like the color, it's heavy, the small tablet charged quite quickly - so far the impressions are positive. Whether the battery capacity is really 20000 mAh or less - I haven't checked.

The power bank is generally good 👍, there is one drawback, not all devices connect immediately, you have to insert the one that works first, immediately track and connect the one that doesn't connect right away, that's the problem.
