INTAKE
This is a pipe for installation in a cast iron fireplace. Its purpose is to supply fresh air to the fireplace. It is installed next to the fireplace insert. Air “flows” through it into the chamber.
In order for the fireplace to function properly, it must be supplied with approx. 8-10 m3/h of air per 1 kg of wood, for which purpose we install an air intake.

SAFETY VALVE
Model STS 20 S WATTS 3/4 95°C
This is a thermostatic valve that protects water jacket fireplaces against the possibility of water boiling in the central heating system.
Thermal drain protection is required for variable flame boilers and solid fuel heating systems. The STS20S drain protection is a pressure-independent valve, activated by the temperature of the medium at the outlet of the heat source. At a temperature of 97°C (+/-) 2°C, the domestic water outlet from the heater is opened. In this way, the valve prevents the temperature from rising above 110°C (maximum opening). The thermal drain protection is manufactured in accordance with DIN 3440.

EXPANSION TANK WITH SELF-RELEASING VALVE
This is a hydraulic safety device for a fireplace with a water jacket.
Its task is to compensate for changes in water volume caused by changes in its temperature. The tank is connected to a network of pipes and receives water from the central heating system when its volume increases as a result of a rise in temperature.
The vessel is made of stainless steel sheet metal.

CONDENSATE DRAIN RING
Used for 180 mm diameter steel pipes
The cap has a double-layer design and seals the outlet from the fireplace flue to the chimney. Thanks to this, condensation resulting from temperature changes in the chimney flows into the fireplace, where it is heated and turns into steam. The water that drips from the chimney does not escape outside the chimney system, causing corrosion and the illusion of leaks in the fireplace welds.
NOTE! The flange only fits 2 mm sheet metal pipes.
