[HOW TO USE] 1. Soak a cotton pad with the formula and gently wipe along the face. 2. For eyes and lips point makeup, gently press the cotton over for 5-10 seconds in order to remove clearly. 3. No-rinse formula. Use lukewarm water to wash gently if needed.
