I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. Had I read previous customer reviews before buying, I would never have ordered these trainers. The trainers I received appear to be counterfeit and are not genuine Saucony products. This alone is unacceptable, but what has made the situation even worse is the poor customer service from Joom. I have repeatedly tried to arrange a return and provided the photos requested on multiple occasions. However, each time I contact support, I am asked to send the same information again. Rather than helping resolve the issue, it feels like unnecessary obstacles are being placed in my way in the hope that I will give up. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. I have received a counterfeit product, have been unable to obtain proper assistance, and feel that my money has effectively been taken without receiving the genuine item that was advertised.
