This is an Intel product and generally has no issues. However, installing non-genuine parts on HP, Lenovo, or IBM computers may prevent the card from starting up, making it unusable. This is a low-cost version for advanced users, so returns are not accepted. If your motherboard has onboard WiFi functionality, it may not recognize the additional WiFi unless you disable it in the BIOS settings. [About Bluetooth Function] Bluetooth frequently switches between the same frequency bands as 2.4GHz WiFi using frequency hopping in very short intervals. In many congested 2.4GHz WiFi environments, it may become unstable. This is an operating environment issue, not a product problem. As a solution, you can switch your WiFi to the 5GHz band and turn off the 2.4GHz band on your WiFi router, or narrow the 2.4GHz WiFi bandwidth to 40MHz or 20MHz to limit the 2.4GHz WiFi band in order to use Bluetooth. To link at speeds above 866Mbps with an Intel WiFi card, you will need to set the WiFi router to a channel width of 160MHz. Please note that there are many WiFi routers that cannot be set to a channel width of 160MHz, even those that are capable of linking at 1733Mbps or 2400Mbps.
