It arrived concretely unusable..! Outrageous, it was packed very badly and the one small thin nylon bag in which the product purchased for a lot of money was placed was torn and had holes! The shipping caused so much damage to it due to the faulty packaging that it is so outrageous that they should send an immediate refund!!!!!….disgusting how little attention the seller and the intermediary company pay to loyal customers! I do not recommend them at all! Damaged packaging! Brutal! A torn approx. nylon bag! Damaged scratched product missing product one of its small parts broke off either due to the terrible packaging errors or because it was used a lot and was advertised as “new” and unopened…aha the expensive (!) product’s “original” box which was only protected by a nylon bag on such a long journey because their shipping is ALSO VERY slow! They are very late! OUTRAGEOUS! (There was one order that took several months to arrive, so the cup is full) - So the product I bought, its ‘original’ box was so crushed, like a crushed juice box, literally! Completely wrecked! Well, a very big zero! Should I even rate it after this(?)- Out of 5 stars / unfortunately you can't give MINUS 1 OR -5 stars but it would deserve it though …!!!!!!!!!!!! ! I demand a refund…after this!!!!! Because I would deserve it!!!!!! After such a scam and sloppiness !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was very disappointed! Delivery was late, product, packaging defective, the product itself does not match the description(!), I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! It would be fair if they sent a refund….after this !!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel terribly ripped off! I paid a LOT OF MONEY for a safe delivery and a new product, and this is what I received. They don't appreciate their customers!!!! In my opinion, it's a scam company and causes a lot of damage! It's better to buy more expensively but be sure that another seller/company won't rip you off there anymore... I do not recommend "Joom" !!!!!!!!!! Disappointment they treat customers like fools! They send damaged, faulty, or used products, even though they were listed as unopened in the description. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Last sentence: I do not recommend it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
