Arrived within delivery dates provided. It actually tastes delicious! I’ve had it for a week now and didn’t see a huge improvement on the constipation. I have noticed some improvement but not every day. I wonder if there is a more specific way recommended to take it for better results. Some days I take before lunch and some days I take after lunch.
