How to Use: 1. Dry the area thoroughly, ensuring it is free of moisture and oil. 2. Remove the patch, being careful not to touch the central protrusion (microtip) with your hands. 3. Attach the patch to the desired area and press firmly vertically for 10 seconds to allow absorption. *Wear the patch for at least 3 hours at a time. We recommend 6-8 hours of use. It's best to wear it while you sleep.
