Product Introduction

This is a plastic assembly kit of the German King Tiger heavy tank, a tank that terrorized Allied forces with its overwhelming 88mm gun and heavy armor. This model recreates the early-production turret designed by Dr. Porsche. The unique, curved turret shape has been realistically reproduced. Furthermore, minor differences from the Henschel turret, such as the tapered barrel and the larger grille's shrapnel cover, have been faithfully reproduced. The turret and hull hatches can be displayed open or closed, allowing for a wide range of scene settings. The undercarriage, including the complexly positioned road wheels, is also finished with a sense of weight. The tracks are belt-type for easy assembly, and a tank commander figure is also included.
