Product Introduction
This 1/350 scale model recreates the USS Buchanan DD-484, measuring approximately 30cm in length. It depicts her as she appeared shortly after completion in 1942.
Choose to assemble either the full hull or the model above the waterline, which recreates the vessel from the waterline up.
It captures the slender form of a destroyer, as well as the detailed bridge and superstructure above the deck, masts and funnels, and even the armament, including the main gun turrets, quintuple torpedo tubes, and depth charge launchers at the stern.
The combination of a densely detailed deck and a sleek hull shape creates a uniquely destroyer finish.
Also included are etched parts for ladders and door components.
Six crew figures are also included.
A display stand is included for displaying the full hull.
