Use one to two cups of the included measuring cup for every 150 to 200 liters of water (for a standard bathtub). If your bathtub has a circulation system, stop the circulation for about three hours after adding the bath additives. The included measuring cup is included with this product. Use in water temperatures between 40 and 45 degrees Celsius. When you first start using the product, we recommend starting with a hydrogen bath every 3 to 4 days, but for best results, we recommend daily bathing. Those with atopic dermatitis or other skin conditions will see better results if they bathe using approximately 3 cups of the included measuring cup. Beautify your skin with hydrogen! After adding the bath salts, bathe within 3 hours. Store the bath salts tightly closed and away from moisture.
