RAI'S 1/43 scale die-cast miniature car.

Patrol cars based on the Mitsubishi Galant's high-end sports grade VR-4 were deployed in small numbers to police departments across the country from the 1990s to the 2000s. With 280 horsepower and 4WD, this highly specced vehicle was primarily used by the highway patrol.

The Aichi Prefectural Police vehicle was transferred from the highway patrol and is still in active use as station traffic as of 2022. The bug guard has been removed.
