The tapered linear indexes resemble teardrops. This design enhances readability and creates a clean, yet graceful impression. This wall clock was inspired by the shape of a vessel. The dial gently slopes upward toward the wooden frame, leaving ample white space. The frame does not obstruct the hands or indexes, enhancing legibility even when viewed from an angle. The unified, vessel-like shape highlights the hands and indexes while reflecting the surrounding light, creating soft shadows. A clock that fits into future lifestyles. With the spread of remote work, homes are transforming into spaces used for multiple purposes. We aimed to create a clock that is suitable for work, study, or relaxation, yet is also a timepiece that can be cherished. A design that is kind to both people and the environment. This is the first Lemnos clock to feature a frame made from domestically produced chestnut wood. By using locally sourced materials, we utilize domestic forest resources and strive to reduce CO2 emissions from transportation. The chestnut wood's pale color blends easily into any space, while also providing a solid, sturdy feel.
