====== A dark fear of death lies at the core of my practice. Excessive Eros has a good affinity with death. Working on the themes of Eros and Thanatos improved my image of death. Thus, I continued to paint Eros as religious paintings for my "Self-Religion," a religion modeled on animism for self-salvation.
