The initial impression: The handwatches is fine, stylish and of good quality. Minus one star for the fact that wrist brace is too long, Even when adjusting to that the shortest length' position of the pin - the wrist brace is too loose. I have to admit - product surprise me in a good way! It looks really, really nice, and like it belongs to some other price range! I am telling this because I had ordered some watches before and they have been...hm...ok...but nothing well made like this! Bad thing from this order will be that my level of expectations will be much more higher 😁

it arrived with its back plate open and i didnt find the rubber ring for water resistance i asume that it didn't have one or maybe it got lost on the way dosent matter... After trying and trying to get the back plate into its place i really tryed i ended up with broken glass into my fingers and carpet :)

Item as described, great service, very good value, prompt delivery. Responsive seller and fantastic service. The delivery was exceptionally speedy. Arrived faster than I expected. The quality of the wrapping was great. Nothing was damaged. Notably wonderful packaging, highly recommended Thanks! A++++++

I find, now, that after ONLY a few months of wear, that the battery has become flat. So much so, that I am left WITHOUT a watch; (I have to SWITCH ON my phone to see the time!) Other than that, the watch is fine. It would have been much better if A SPARE BATTERY was included!

It's so nice to look at, but it doesn't work. The seconds hand moves properly but the minutes hand and the hour hand don't move. So it doesn't show the time. I'm so disappointed and frustrated. Can you send me one that works or all are damaged? Or else please refund the item.

Sadly, I was sent the wrong colour and the colour they did send was hideous! Joom dealt with the matter very quickly and efficiently, which is why I'm always happy to buy through them, secure in the knowledge that, when problems such as this DO arise, they get things sorted.
