Immerse yourself in the Taisho Romanticism era.
This three-year diary features a striking cover design based on Yumeji Takehisa's masterpiece, "Chiyogami Strawberry," a modern and impressive motif.
The first spread features a large, single illustration. Enjoy the emotionally evocative artwork of a vast, deep blue sky.
Each month's writing page features a modern, textile-like design with beautiful illustrations, allowing you to enjoy both modern Yumeji design and beautiful portraits simultaneously.
There are also pages with explanations of the 12 monthly illustrations, providing a deeper understanding of Yumeji's work, including hairstyles, kimono patterns, and fashion of the time.
The diary includes a schedule page at the beginning and a memo page at the end.
Takehisa Yumeji was... a poet and painter representative of the Taisho Romanticism era. He also worked as an illustrator, designer, and writer, and can be considered a pioneer of multi-talented artists who expressed the poetry of the heart through comprehensive art.
Based on traditional Japanese beauty and sentiment, Yumeji's lyrical world, imbued with a strong sense of Taisho Romanticism and nostalgia, continues to captivate many people even 80 years after his death.
What is a multi-year diary? The DearCars multi-year diary series is popular because the year is written in, allowing you to start anytime, such as on your birthday or anniversaries. With just a few lines of writing space per day, it's easy to keep a diary for a long time.
By writing down what happened today on the page for today's date, you can accumulate three years' worth of "today's diary" entries on the same page.
Unlike a one-year diary, one book holds three years' worth of entries, allowing you to quickly look back on three years' worth of events.

[Before purchasing] Due to the characteristics of the color-printed paper used in this diary, the ink may dry slowly depending on the writing instrument you use.
We recommend using an oil-based ballpoint pen or a quick-drying gel ink ballpoint pen.
If using a non-quick-drying writing instrument, please be careful of ink smudging. You can prevent ink from transferring to the opposite side of the page by placing a sheet of paper between the pages before closing the diary.
