Description

The entire resin is colored, making it easy to distinguish at a glance when using different cutting boards for different ingredients. The board is sanded on both sides (textured), making it less likely for food to slip! It's also less likely to stain or scratch, ensuring long-lasting use. Daito cutting boards are made from soft, yet just the right amount of hardness, made in Japan, which is the perfect hardness for cutting boards. This prevents chips in the knife blade, something chefs hate. Gentle on the blade, gentle on ingredients, and affordable - this is Daito cutting boards.
