Product Description: This pen liner with a tip is easy to use, even for beginners, and creates a sharp, clear line that won't smudge.

How to Use: Shake well before use. Apply starting from the innermost part of the eye, following the lash line and working outward. Any foreign matter, such as foundation or eyeshadow, on the tip of the brush may cause smudges. Gently wipe the tip clean with a tissue before use.

Ingredients: Purified water, iron oxides (CI 77499), ethylhexyl acrylate/methyl methacrylate copolymer, butylene glycol, iron oxides (CI 77491), beheneth-30, sodium polyaspartate, ammonium acrylate/methyl styrene/styrene copolymer, phenoxyethanol, black 2 (CI 77266), methylparaben, alcohol, propylparaben, acrylates/octylacrylamide copolymer, disodium EDTA, polyglyceryl-3 disiloxane dimethicone, sodium hydroxide.
