The residual rinse solution in the nasal passages may flow out slightly after some time has passed. Product Introduction: Sinus Rinse is a saline-based nasal rinse. This pre-mixed sachet contains approximately 96% sodium chloride and 4% sodium bicarbonate, and is mixed with 240mL of water to create a rinse solution. By gently squeezing the bottle container (sold separately), the rinse solution is sprayed from the tip of the cap into the nasal passages, washing away debris, dust, and pollen. Open the cap of the bottle (sold separately). 2. Boil tap water and allow it to cool to body temperature (36°C). Prepare purified water and warm it to about body temperature (36°C). (You can also use a microwave.) 3. Add the powder (1 packet) to 240 mL of purified water (boiled water) at the appropriate temperature and dissolve it completely to create the cleaning solution. 4. Attach the cap tightly to the bottle. 5. Bow your head. While breathing through your mouth, slowly squeeze the bottle to release the solution, allowing it to flow out of the other nostril. 6. Using about half of the remaining solution, repeat the process with the other nostril. Finally, gently blow your nose. ■ Cleaning Instructions 1. After use, discard the remaining solution and rinse the bottle, cap, and tube under running water. 21. Fill the bottle with water and shake the capped bottle vigorously. *Hold the tip of the cap with your fingers to prevent the water from splashing out. 3. Press the bottle firmly to clean the inside of the tube and cap. Be sure to remove any salt from the sachet. *Cover the tip of the cap with your palm to prevent water from splashing. 4. Empty the bottle, remove the cap, and dry each piece using a glass holder or similar to drain the bottle. If the bottle is very dirty, fill it with water, add a few drops of dishwashing detergent, and repeat step 3. After cleaning, rinse thoroughly to ensure that no detergent residue remains.
