[100% Japanese-made towels] Except for the raw cotton, everything from thread production to sewing is done domestically. [Muco Pile] No glue is used in the pile. The pile (the loops of the towel) is the part that touches your skin and determines the texture. Regular towels cannot be woven unless the cotton thread is coated with glue, but Nitta towels can be woven without glue.
