A character from “Spirited Away,” a 2001 Studio Ghibli production directed by Hayao Miyazaki.

It swallows various things and desires and grows into a giant, but its original form is revealed through its relationship with Chihiro.

The figure is faithfully reproduced down to the smallest detail, from the gentle curve of its back to the expression on its face.

The atmosphere and texture of the Kaonashi are beautifully expressed in Shigaraki-ware clay.
