[INGREDIENTS] Lauan Butterbur - Toba Farm, Ashoro Town, Hokkaido - This butterbur, a member of the Akitabuki family, grows wild in the Lauan region of Ashoro Town, Hokkaido. It's the largest butterbur in Japan, reaching over 3 meters in height and 10 cm in diameter. It's one of the signature ingredients in SHIRO's Sensitive Series. At Toba Farm, lauan butterbur requires a lot of moisture, so the fields are kept dry by using plenty of compost, and the plant is grown in soil rich in moisture and nutrients.
