KEY FEATURES: - Since the Edo period, the material, Kiso cypress, has been carefully managed in the mountains, so much so that it is said that ``one branch, one arm, one tree, one head.'' - The high-quality lacquer is applied so that it soaks into the wood, and the top-quality Kiso cypress with a solid straight grain is used, so even if you put it in the dishwasher, it won't bend or the paint will come off easily. - In my experience of running the dishwasher through the dishwasher one to three times every day over the course of a year, the dark brown color has become a little lighter overall, but this is due to the inherent characteristic of lacquer that becomes transparent over time.
