Dear Address! I ordered a product from you "As in the picture" this is how it is advertised. I could choose between two products, an inexpensive machine without pedals and a more expensive machine operated by pedals.. I chose the more expensive one, the one I can operate with a pedal, because for me only that is acceptable.. Unfortunately, I did not receive the product I paid for.. Because they sent the product without pedals, which is unusable for me. I paid the higher price for a useless product. The machine in the picture had a control pedal, so they should have sent it like that too, especially since I paid the higher price.! Unfortunately, buying a pedal for it is also not a solution, as there is no connector on this machine where I could plug in the controller pedal.. What to do in such a case?
