Bad quality, for €9 you shouldn't expect much. Customer service is very very bad. As a customer, you have no right to a refund.

It's beautiful, it doesn't come in packaging like the original Labubu but it doesn't matter and it arrived one day earlier than expected.

I would no longer recommend on this application too long and no details concerning the steps. Apart from that the product is correct
