Note: The arrow on the concrete cutter should point in the same direction as the tool's rotation. When cutting, avoid lateral pressure or curved cuts, feed the knife smoothly, and avoid contact between the concrete cutter blade and the workpiece to prevent danger. When cutting dry, avoid long periods of continuous cutting, and when cutting wet, add sufficient water to cool the concrete cutter to avoid affecting its lifespan and cutting effect.
Suggestions for Use: After installing the grinder blade, let it idle for 1-2 minutes to ensure there is no shaking or skipping. First, try cutting a few knives on a grinding stone or firebrick, then perform normal sawing for best results. If the diamond cutter's sharpness is not sufficient, use a silicon carbide grinding stone. Generally, when sawing softer stones like marble, you can increase the feed rate to improve sawing speed. If the feed rate is too low, the diamond edge will be easily smoothed. However, when sawing softer, harder, and uneven granite, you can increase the feed rate of the grinder blade to achieve a more uniform granite. Otherwise, it may cause blade vibration, which will result in diamond breakage and reduce sawing efficiency. The feed rate for granite saws is generally selected in the range of 2.5-3 m/min (for example, a 350-spec saw blade with a thickness of 10-15 mm).
