Our goal was to create a cooking technique that surpasses that of a traditional Japanese hearth. The "Odoritaiki" series creates intense boiling and heat convection, making the rice dance and bringing out the flavor of each grain. It comes with a special setting that cooks fluffy, firm rice without hardening the grains, even when cooking small amounts. The induction cooker is not only installed on the sides and bottom, but also on the lid, so the pot is heated from all sides with high heat. There are only three parts to clean. The whole unit can be washed, and the lid heating plate is dishwasher safe, making cleaning even easier.
