My order (LM675MLX) as you can see from the photos is a slopy copy from the original picture. Therefore I was willing to keep them. When I tried to wear them my foot didn't fit. My EU number is 42,5 but the shoes were too narrow and tight even if I ordered No 43. Update: The contact with customer support is a real challenge. Therefore somehow I managed to communicate with the support and there was a response. I'm obligated to reevaluate my comments accordingly with the evolve of this contact.. 2nd update: The customer service response was surprisingly fast and certain. I'm speechless. 😯 I insist to point that the instructions to contact with the support is a challenge but here comes the human factor and interfere to cover up all this lack with fast response and direct actions. Wow! Congrats
