Directions: To prevent motion sickness, take the first dose 30 minutes to 1 hour before starting any activity. To prevent or treat motion sickness, see below. Adults and Adolescents 12 years and older: Take 1 to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours, or as directed by a physician. Children 6 to 12 years: Take 1/2 to 1 tablet every 6 to 8 hours. Do not exceed 3 tablets in 24 hours. Or take as directed by a doctor. Children 2-6 years: Take 1/4 to 1/2 tablet every 6-8 hours. Do not take more than 1 to 1/2 tablet in 24 hours. Or take as directed by a doctor.
