Made by DJ Leavenworth. 6 eyelets. Top lift: SEIBERLING. Felt lining on tongue (slight fluffing, but in relatively good condition).
The printing has faded considerably, making it impossible to read the exact year of manufacture, but judging from the shape of the sole, heel, and shoe, it appears to be an item from the early 1970s.
