I am very disappointed with my order. Instead of receiving the Washable watercolor marker set, I only received the outer packaging that indicated the correct product, but inside there was just a bag of sodium bicarbonate. The actual markers were missing completely. This is unacceptable, and I would like an explanation as well as a refund or a replacement as soon as possible.
