This is a very cute, full-body bear mold. This is Matsunaga Seisakusho's first animal-themed baked goods mold. The deep grooves, created through careful craftsmanship, reveal Kumagoro's facial expression after baking. Many customers also add their own finishing touches to the face. Its larger size than a standard baking sheet makes it suitable for commercial use (though it can also be used at home). Its excellent heat conduction ensures even browning, and since it doesn't require pre-baking, it can be used immediately after a quick rinse. [How to Use Silicone-Coated Products] ● Pre-baking, soaking in water, or using in an automatic dishwasher may cause the silicone to peel off. ● The silicone coating is very thin, so do not scrub hard (do not use metal scrubbing pads or abrasive sponges). ● Using temperatures above 200°C may accelerate silicone deterioration. ● Use a release oil or similar product after each use. ●Depending on the dough composition, ingredients, and mold shape, it may be difficult to release from the mold, so please test it beforehand if using a large amount. ●Do not use in anything other than an oven, and avoid using over direct heat. Also avoid using on rough baking surfaces such as stone ovens. ●To clean, use a mild detergent and a soft sponge, drain thoroughly, wipe with a dry cloth, and dry. ●If you will not be using it for an extended period of time, wash it using the method above, then dry and store in a low-humidity place. ●We do not accept reprocessing of the silicone.
