Woody Joe 1/150 Horyuji Five-Storied Pagoda Wooden Model Assembly Kit
The Horyuji Five-Storied Pagoda is said to be the oldest and most beautifully balanced pagoda among the many existing pagodas.
The spacing between columns narrows from the first story upwards, and the roof also decreases in proportion, resulting in an overall structure that is almost an isosceles triangle.
Like the main hall, it stands on a double base, with a total height of 32.45m, and the finial accounts for approximately one-third of the total height.
The first story has a skirt roof, and the second and upper stories are surrounded by a railing with a swastika pattern.
