How to Use: 1. Shake the remover thoroughly to mix the oil and moisture layers. 2. Soak a cotton pad with the contents and place it on your eyes for 10 seconds, pressing firmly. 3. Gently wipe your eyes to remove all of the Pulsecara eyelash pieces and Bond & Seal.
