All Helen Kaminski products are 100% handmade, and the thickness, shape, and color of the raffia may vary. Raffia is a fiber obtained from the Azaip plant and is sensitive to temperature and humidity, which may result in natural phenomena occurring. These occurrences are not considered defects. Raffia material cannot be washed, and in case of stains, please wipe the stained area with a slightly damp cloth or wet wipe.
There may be color variations due to natural plant dyeing, and even with the same dyeing method, colors may appear differently. Over time, colors may fade, which may be particularly noticeable in certain colors. This fading phenomenon is not considered a defect.
Care Instructions
The visor should be spot-cleaned using cold water and a mild detergent. Please store in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Prolonged storage in a dry state can cause damage to the product, so please store it flat.
The brand logo is shipped in two types. Please consider this when purchasing. Due to customer feedback regarding tag removal and wearing discomfort, the brand's stitching method has been modified. The type of stitching may vary depending on the production period, and all are considered normal products; therefore, exchanges for this reason are not possible.
