Product Introduction

This shochu is made with a unique ratio of yuzu juice from Soo City, Kagoshima Prefecture, and lemon juice from Sicily. The subtle bitterness and tartness of the yuzu, combined with the refreshing acidity of the lemon, creates a "sour and dry" flavor. Recommended ratios are: 1 part product to 4 parts carbonated water (approx. 5% alcohol)...for a refreshing fruity acidity and a crisp taste. Other ratios include: 1 part product to 1 part carbonated water (approx. 12% alcohol)...for an ultra-strong, satisfying flavor. 1 part product to 6 parts carbonated water (approx. 3% alcohol)...for a refreshing, easy-to-drink flavor with a hint of hints of "Horoyoi."
