Born in 1978, during the heyday of drafting pencils, and sadly discontinued in 1990, the renowned 770 Series has been updated and resurrected.
This drafting pencil features a simple design yet meticulous attention to detail, including a 4mm sleeve that ensures a wide field of view, a metal grip with a twill weave, an "F" on the barrel that stands for the German word "Fest" and indicates that the sleeve is fixed, and a resin body with a brass grip for enhanced usability and durability.
While many professional drafting and design users expressed their desire for a revival, some parts could not be made with modern technology, making this a long-awaited project. Finally, in 2024, this revival was realized.
The four-tone blue body color makes it easy to distinguish line widths, and the lightweight body balance with a low center of gravity makes it ideal for extended use.
