G-SHOCK, the tough watch that has continued to evolve in pursuit of unrelenting strength since its launch in 1983, is introducing the fifth signature model from G-SHOCK, the tough watch that has continued to evolve in pursuit of unrelenting strength, featuring professional golfer Ryo Ishikawa, a member of CASIO. The base model is the GA-2100 with an octagonal bezel and a slim case that won't get in the way during your golf swing. The dial features a calm blue, symbolizing fighting spirit, a white overall design representing purity and determination, and an orange accent color representing hope, making it easy to coordinate with any golf attire. The skeleton dial creates a striking design unlike any other. Ryo Ishikawa's signature is featured at the 12 o'clock position and on the case back, and the special packaging, which includes a trading card, completes this special edition.
[Ryo Ishikawa, CASIO] He began playing golf at the age of six, and in 2007, he won his first professional tournament, the Munsingwear Open KSB Cup, at the age of 15 years and 245 days, becoming the youngest player in tour history to win. In January 2008, while still in high school, he declared his professional career at the age of 16. In 2009, he won four domestic tournaments and became the youngest player ever to win the tournament's top prize money title. He continued to excel after that, becoming the youngest player in history to achieve 1 billion yen in career prize money in 2019. In 2024, he won the Sumitomo Mitsui VISA Taiheiyo Masters for the fourth time, the most in the tournament, and became the 12th player in tour history to achieve 20 wins overall. He continues to lead the Japanese golf world as a top professional. He has been affiliated with CASIO since 2013.
