This new model joins the compact MTG-B1000 series, featuring the necessary functional beauty of a blend of metal and resin, and two-way Bluetooth connectivity and standard radio wave reception. This model features accent colors on the dial and the back of the band. The all-black case and band feature a metallic blue finish, while the high-quality silver case and band feature a metallic red finish, creating a vibrant look. The underside of the band is made of lightweight, durable fine resin, achieving vibrant coloring, lightweight design, and durability. Fine resin also has lower thermal conductivity than stainless steel, reducing heat transfer to the wrist and ensuring a comfortable fit, even in the coldest winter months. This fusion of metal and resin is a unique feature of the MT-G. The base model, the MTG-B1000, features a new shock-resistant "Core Guard" structure, which combines the lugs connecting the band and the pipe connecting the bezel and case back to form a single wall, creating a box-shaped frame to protect the module. Furthermore, the center case protecting the module is made of carbon fiber-reinforced resin, achieving both lighter weight and improved shock resistance. Furthermore, by resizing and reconfiguring the exterior structural components, this watch is the first in the MT-G series to feature a mid-size design. Compared to the original MTG-S1000, the case diameter has been reduced by 2.8mm from 12 o'clock to 6 o'clock, 1.8mm from 3 o'clock to 9 o'clock, and 1.1mm thick. This mid-size case improves wearability. Each edge of the metal parts that make up the exterior is mirror polished, and each surface is hairline-finished, pursuing the beauty of a watch's essential finish. The use of highly transparent sapphire crystal and the delicate engraving on the indices and inset dials, achieved through the fine processing techniques of the Casio Yamagata factory, further enhance the quality. In terms of functionality, the watch is equipped with a "Connected Engine" that supports time adjustment via Bluetooth connection. It connects to a smartphone via Bluetooth communication and the dedicated "G-SHOCK Connected*" app, obtaining time information from an online time server. It also features Multiband 6, which supports standard timekeeping from six stations around the world, and automatically adjusts the time in areas with a compatible time zone, even without a smartphone connection. Accurate timekeeping is possible anywhere in the world. Introducing the even more evolved MT-G, featuring an original shock-resistant structure that combines metal and resin, the essential beauty of a watch, and a new module that pursues precise timekeeping.
