I am completely disappointed and outraged! I received a poor-quality synthetic product that does not match the photos or my expectations at all. The material feels like cheap plastic and is definitely not something I would want to give to my child.. For such a high price, I consider the quality of the product to be completely unacceptable. I really don't understand how you can offer and sell something like this to children.. I demand immediate processing of the complaint and a refund of the entire amount paid. The product does not match the presentation and I am maximally dissatisfied with the purchase.. Please send the instructions for returning the goods and money immediately.
