️ Key Notes (Please be sure to read):
1. Prepare as needed: Please mix the curing agent and main paint according to the dosage of the day and strictly follow the proportion of the product instructions. Never mix too much at once.
2. Strict aging: The mixed paint must be used up within 12 hours, otherwise it will solidify and be scrapped. Unused curing agent should be used up within 2-3 days after opening and stored in a sealed container.
3. Irreversible: After adding the curing agent, the properties of the paint liquid change and cannot be restored to the normal mode.
Standard construction steps
Step One: Substrate Treatment
Make sure the wood surface to be painted is clean, dry, oil-free and dust-free. The old paint surface needs to be sanded smooth. It is recommended to apply the matching water-based wood primer first for better results.
Step 2: Apply varnish
After opening the can, mix thoroughly. Use a high-quality wool brush or roller and apply thinly and evenly in the direction of the wood grain.
It is recommended to apply it twice to achieve the best effect and protective performance.
Re-coating interval: The interval between each coat should be at least 2 hours (based on the fact that it does not stick to your fingers lightly). Ambient temperature and humidity will affect drying time.
Step 3: Complete maintenance
Within 3 hours after construction, the paint film is not dry, so please try to avoid contact with water stains and dust.
Within 7 days, the paint film will gradually reach its highest hardness. During this period, please do not scratch it with sharp objects or place heavy objects.
Fully cured: After about 7 days, the paint film reaches its optimal physical properties and can be used normally.
