Tosa Densha Kotsu operates streetcar and bus services based in Kochi City, Kochi Prefecture. The streetcar network consists of three lines: the Ino Line, the Gomen Line, and the Sanbashi Line, with a total length of approximately 25.3 km. The 200-series carriages are original vehicles that first appeared in 1950, with a total of 21 manufactured. Slight differences exist depending on the year of manufacture and renovation work, making them one of the oldest vehicles still in active service more than 70 years after their introduction.

The charm of railway collections can be enjoyed simply by displaying them. Trains equipped with a separately sold power unit can also be run on the TOMIX track system.
