Hello. On June 5, 2026, I ordered an arm blood pressure monitor and a pulse oximeter. The oximeter was refunded because it did not work. Now the arm blood pressure monitor is no longer working. It starts to inflate, stops, and nothing else is displayed on the screen. What should I do.

It is beautiful, Precise, easy to use and perfect. A little bit right for my mom's arm, maybe a few centimeters larger would have been better. Congratulations

The product is of good quality. The order arrived quickly. Well packaged and functional. I recommend it. Thank you very much, Joom.

It terribly lowers your blood pressure, it's not suitable for measuring pressure, it even speaks in Russian.

The device works perfectly even if the language is not German
