Construction - The internal spindle is made from lightweight titanium alloy, making the pedal durable and strong while still allowing for easy handling on the trail. The pedal flat platform is made from certified aluminum and measures 97mm/3.81" wide with a pedal thickness of 17.5mm/0.68". The design maximizes the surface area for your foot, resulting in a more comfortable and secure ride. Traction - A great set of flat platform pedals keeps your feet firmly planted. You don't want your feet slipping off the pedals around every corner during your workout. Corki Cycles TOPO Titanium Pedals feature nine pins for enhanced traction. Even in bad weather or mud/rain, your shoes will have excellent traction without slipping. Installation - To install Corki Cycles Titanium MTB Pedals you will need a hex wrench and a little grease. The pedals are 9/16" universal size. Remove your old pedals and check the threads on the crank arms before applying a little grease. Match the left and right pedals to the correct crank arms. Use the hex wrench to screw the pedals in, tightening them to about 90% and finally using a bicycle torque wrench to tighten them to the limit of 5Nm.
