To commemorate the 30th anniversary of *Nevermind*'s release, Geffen/UMe has announced a reissue in multiple formats, starting November 12, 2021. A deluxe 2-CD set featuring a newly remastered version of the original album and previously unreleased live recordings will be released. This historically significant album, *Nevermind*, has been newly remastered from the original 1/2-inch stereo analog tapes.
Among the previously unreleased recordings, which will be officially released for the first time, are live recordings from four concerts that document Nirvana's historic rise on stage. These four concerts are: the Netherlands concert: Live in Amsterdam (recorded November 25, 1991, at the renowned club Paradiso), the US concert: Live in Del Mar (recorded December 28, 1991, at the Pat O'Brien Pavilion in Del Mar Fairgrounds, California, USA), the Australia concert: Live in Melbourne (recorded February 1, 1992, at The Palace in St. Kilda for radio station Triple J), and the Japan concert: Live in Tokyo (recorded February 19, 1992, at Nakano Sun Plaza). This release features 16 tracks, a highlight reel of the newly remastered live recordings from these four concerts, on CD2. Four tracks from their first visit to Japan are included.
