OPTP's black AXIS™ is a hard foam roller commonly used in sports training, Pilates, fitness, and physical therapy. It releases tense or injured muscles and releases trigger points and stiffness. It also provides self-massage of soft tissue for pain relief. Use the high-density roller to contour to the leg muscles, including the iliotibial band (IT band), piriformis, hamstrings, and quadriceps. The thermoformed roller will not break or collapse. Available in a standard 36-inch length and shorter lengths for easy portability. A flat, semicircular roller is also available for stability, balance, and core exercises.
