It is installed by clamping it with holders on both sides, so it does not look like an aftermarket addition even when viewed from outside (behind) the car.
● 1.6x wider field of view
Uses a 3000SR gently curved mirror that balances a wide field of view with a natural sense of distance. The field of view is widened not only horizontally but also vertically, contributing to a more relaxed driving experience.
While increasing the curvature of a mirror (e.g., 1400SR), as with typical curved mirrors, allows for a wider field of view, it also results in a smaller image than the actual one. Therefore, objects appear farther away than they actually are.
This product uses a curvature of 3000SR, which balances a wide field of view with a natural sense of distance.
It reflects (projects) a wider range of light than a standard flat rearview mirror, resulting in a 1.6 times wider field of view compared to a standard rearview mirror.
● Chrome Mirror for Significantly Reduced Glare
The chrome mirror reduces the glare from the headlights of following vehicles by approximately 50% at night.
It has a high anti-glare effect, significantly reducing the red and yellow light components of halogen bulbs, which are commonly used in high beams. It also reduces the green light component, which is perceived as dazzling by the human eye, making it effective for reducing glare during the day as well.
