These replacement ear tips are designed for true wireless earphones. Many conventional ear tips are shaped to put strong pressure on the back of the ear canal, causing pain and fatigue when worn for long periods of time. The new Type E true wireless ear tips feature a "soft silicone design" that fits gently into the entrance of the ear canal, so there's almost no sensation of a foreign object inside the ear.
This is a universal type that can be used with most earphones made by other companies, but there are some products for which it is not compatible.
Compared to the "black" type, the "clear" type has slightly different surface smoothness and hardness, which causes a slight change in airtightness, which tends to result in a slightly lighter bass sound and clearer treble sounds.
