Converse Youth Large Capacity Backpack

Very frustrating experience. I’ve been waiting so long for this bag because my daughter needs it for school, and now the courier has sent the parcel to the wrong town. I contacted the courier, and they told me to contact the merchant. However, the merchant’s chat only gives me an automated response saying I have to wait 1–2 days. I really hope this can be resolved as soon as possible. If the parcel cannot be delivered promptly, I would like a refund. It’s frustrating to pay for an item and not receive it, especially when my daughter needs it for school.
